Cheap looking

I thought these would be the same quality as the studs I bought for my bridesmaids (mini clustered crystal) and be suitable for my bridal earrings, but they’re dreadful quality. They aren’t gold but fake yellow metal, the bit that goes through the ear isn’t even gold coloured. The look like they cost about £5 and would turn my ears green. LIL won’t accept returns for earrings so I’ve wasted my money!

They are beautiful, I was slightly disappointed

They are beautiful, I was slightly disappointed that they weren’t completely gold, the part that goes through your ear looks cheap and like the ones you buy from primark, description says gold plated on brass, but it doesn’t look that way to me.
They are stunning tho and won’t stop me wearing them, I’m just worried that they won’t last.

Superb customer service

Very impressed with the customer service as unfortunately, the wrong earrings were delivered but they very quickly sorted the error & resent the correct ones within a day or so. Can't wait to see the earrings & necklace on my god daughter at her wedding :)
