Hello Emma Thanks so much for your question regarding the Ivory elegance pearl bracelet. I'm happy to confirm this could be made to any custom size, yes! If you let us know your actual wrist measurement, or the finished length you require, we can make all the arrangements. As a general rule, you would add a minimum of 1cm to your actual wrist measurement, to allow for a little movement and to be able to do it up without being too tight. This piece comes with an additional 4cm extender chain as standard - you can choose to have yours made with or without this.
