I'm afraid our Returns Policy does not cover items that are custom made especially for you. If you are concerned about the suitability of this piece, we would be happy to send out the standard size bracelet first for you to try on and check. Once you have confirmed it's suitable, simply return it and we will order the custom sized one for you. If you find it's not as expected, then we would be happy to refund/exchange. Many thanks for your interest in the beautiful Vivienne bracelet. This bracelet (as with most Stephanie Browne bracelets) can generally be sized as a special made to order. We would require your wrist size when you place your order, and you should allow at least 8 weeks for delivery. If you wish to proceed, simply place your order as normal and then contact us to confirm your wrist measurements. We will look after everything from there and keep you updated with progress.
