The necklace is absolutely gorgeous and great value for money. Sadly, the first one I received had a faulty clasp but after contacting Liberty in Love, they immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent, along with a returns label. Both of these arrived within a few days and the replacement necklace looks wonderful. I can’t wait to wear it for my daughter’s wedding.
