Hi Is this tulle soft? Also what it the combe made from? metal or plastic? Kind regards Gemma

Hello Gemma
Many thanks for contacting us about the Charm veil - happy to help!
This piece is made with the Italian 'sheer' tulle, which is the very softest and finest tulle that our designers currently work with - it is lovely. However, just to mention, any of our veils can be made with any tulle so, if you needed a crisper type - Classic tulle, for example - the piece could be custom made for you.
The attached comb is made from clear acrylic so it is very discreet.
I do hope this information helps, but please just let us know if you need any further assistance at all.
Warm wishes

Can this veil be shortened easily without ruining the material or look?
Asked by Rachel on Aug 30, 2022
Hello Rachel
Thanks so much for your question regarding the Charm sheer tulle veil.
This beautiful veil can certainly be custom made to any required length by the designers without any issue, but I'm afraid we wouldn't be able to advise of any possible effects if you chose to shorten it yourself or used a seamstress.
Hope this helps, but if you need any further information, please don't hesitate to let us know!

Hello, could I have this veil decorated with delicate crystals?
Asked by Stacy Hudson on Feb 23, 2022
Hi Stacy
Thanks so much for your question!
All of the Joyce Jackson and Rainbow Club veils can be customised to suit individual requirements.
So, definitely, the Charm sheer tulle veil can be made with delicate crystals. There is a lead time of 4-5 weeks for a custom order.
Just to mention, as it would be a custom order, the veil would be non-returnable (unlike the standard version) so you just want to be sure the details are exactly as you want before proceeding.
There is no surcharge for a bespoke service, however there may be a small increase in cost depending on materials etc, but we would confirm all this once we know the precise details and get a quotation for you.
Hope this helps, and please let me know if you require any further assistance.
Warm wishes

My wedding dress is a soft cotton lace and many veils I have tried on have detailed edging, the problem is the edging catches on the dress and I am nervous it will ruin the dress.
Asked by Charlene Kabir on Feb 13, 2022
Hello Charlene
Thanks so much for your question regarding the Charm sheer tulle veil.
It is difficult for us to say for sure, but I would imagine the Charm veil would be about the very best option if you have found that lace edging is catching. The merrow detail on this style is a simple, very fine, turned-tulle edge without any additional detail, so it is smooth and probably the least likely to catch. The other option is a hand-cut (non finished) edge - but there is a chance that this may also get caught against the lace of your dress a little.
If you decide to go ahead, there is no problem to return this piece within 14 days if you found it to be unsuitable.
Hope this helps, but if you need any further information, please don't hesitate to let us know!
Warm wishes
