The heart-shaped cap is carefully sculpted by hand then encrusted with different shapes of lustrous freshwater pearls and sparkling clear Swarovski crystals. Each pearl and crystal is individually hand-knitted with fine silver-plated wires. With two white ostrich feather spine loops accented with ivory white coque feathers, this is a statement piece that is guaranteed to turn heads.
