I received my Kelly bracelet a few days ago, in exactly the time frame promised me, and I couldn't be more pleased!
It's so beautiful, exactly what I wanted. I initially enquired and a lady called Tabby got straight back to me and was really helpful. I asked how dark the pearls were as my dress is quite a pale ivory and Tabby went out of her way to help. Even got them to make this in a slightly paler shade of pearl to match perfectly AND at no extra cost!
I'm delighted with the product and the customer care provided!
